I want to start posting more health information. I thought this video was super super interesting.

Yes, me, someone who works in the medical world have a clear visualization of how fat sits in the body. I imagined it very differently and until I saw this wonderful video. It’s a great visual aid and gives you far greater context of how that sits around our organs. It helps us understand why someone might develop certain medical issues such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
